	How do I install the software? Synchronize your Pocket PC 2002 device with your computer and then run the Enfora installation CD. Follow the installation wizard. The installation program is also available on Enfora’s web site at www.enfora.com under support.
	I have installed the software but the modem cannot be detected? Check the following. Verify that the Wireless Portfolio is turned on. Verify that the SIM is inserted in the Wireless Portfolio. Did you configure the Dial UP Network connection? See Appendix A in the User Manual. Did you configure the Dialing Location? See Appendix A in the User Manual. Check your APN.
	What are the 2 Green LED's on the left side of the Portfolio? The LED on the left indicates a GSM connection. The LED on the right is for power. Consult the User Manual for a full description of the LED’s.
	How long will the battery hold a charge? When the battery is fully charged, a charge should last 6-8 hours under normal transmit and receive operating conditions.
	The battery and signal strength does not refresh when GPRS data is enabled? The current manager version 1.0.8.5 does not refresh the battery and signal strength when GPRS data is enabled. Battery and signal strength refresh will be implemented on the next version of the manager.
	I cannot SMS when GPRS data is enabled? You cannot SMS when you in GPRS data enabled. You will have to disconnect from GPRS data mode to send and receive SMS messages.
